Wellevue offers and operates the Wellevue platform. The following terms apply to Clients of that service, as well as to the Users of their Accounts. This privacy policy applies to the collecting, processing, and use of personal data in the context of the registration and use of the Wellevue the platform.

1. Collecting, processing, and use of your personal data

We collect, process, and use your personal data only if it is allowed or appointed by law, or if you have given your consent to do so. We will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone else without your consent.

2. Collecting, processing, and use of your personal data for your Account

a. Automatic collecting and storing of data when using our website
For technical reasons, certain data is always passed on to us from your computer as the communication takes place on the internet. This includes the date and time you visited our website, your browser type, the browser settings, the operating system, the previous website you visited and the quantity of data transmitted.
This information is usually not personal data. Furthermore, your computer also transfers your IP-Address to us, which in individual cases could be personal-related. The above-mentioned data is only used for internal system-related purposes.

b. Collecting, processing and use of your personal data from the website
Our services include providing our website’s visitors the opportunity to submit a digital contact form with any contact requests, questions and problems, etc. which they may have. In the context of the contact form, you are required to submit various information, such as email address, name, phone number, company name, title and other personal data which we will store and use. In doing so, we only require you provide such personal data in order for us to be able to process your inquiry. We will never show, disclose, sell or rent your personal information to anyone else without your consent.

c. Collecting, storing, and use of personal data in the context of ordering and using your company account
You are required to provide various information, including personal data, during the registration process for a company account.
We will store and use this data. In doing so, we only require you provide such personal data in order for you to be able to take advantage of a company account. We collect and use your name, a billing address, as well as your billing information (for example, bank or credit card information).
We only use the above-named data for the purposes of billing you for your use of the fee-based premium services and to make your use of these services possible.

d. Collecting, processing, and use of personal data when using the Wellevue platform through our apps or our website.
When you log in to the App the first time, we collect and store your name, address, profile photo and additional information that you provide in the sign-in process. We store this together with any other Client Data that you upload to the platform including photos, comments, messages and likes. We use this for the purpose of providing the Wellevue Platform. The Client Data is only accessible to the Client and its users, and Wellevue representatives with the appropriate privileges. The Client can request Wellevue to delete the Account including the Client Data within the Account.

Furthermore we log the activity of users on our platform, as well as information about their device. This information is collected and stored with the purpose of providing each Clients with analytics about the usage in their account, as well as for Wellevue to be able to analyze and improve on the performance of the Wellevue platform.

e. Possibility for Inspection
Wellevue representatives who maintain the appropriate privileges, are able to view the above named personal data. Please note that based on the current state of technology, absolute security of data transfer on the internet cannot be guaranteed. The user is responsible for the security of the data they transfer through the internet.

4. Additional collecting and processing of personal data and transmission to third-parties

In some cases, we may transfer personal data to a third party. This is only if it is required or permitted by law, or if you have given your consent.

5. Data processing outside of the the European Union (“EU”) and the European Economic Area (“EEA”)

As a basic principle, the processing of personal data takes place in a data center within EU. Additionally, we process your data by service providers outside the EU or EEA. Wellevue has put the necessary measures in place to ensure that those data centers/service provider have an adequate level of data protection to protect personal data of customers and visitors of the Wellevue website and Wellevue.

6. Cookies

We use so-called “cookies” for authentication purposes. Cookies are small text files that are stored to your hard drive by the web server. In these files, the so-called “Session ID” and the address of the internet site is stored, which you can access from our server before you login.

The user can accept or reject cookies. The majority of web browsers automatically accept cookies. Usually the browser settings can be modified by the user or registered member to change the preferences to reject cookies. Please note that if you deactivate the use of cookies you will not be able to use all of the services we offer. It is only possible to register for the membership from the website if cookies are used.

You have the choice to decide if you want to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or you can change your browser settings to reject cookies in general. For more details, please refer to your internet browser’s “help” function.

7. Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, a web analyst service from Google Inc. (”Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files which are stored on your computer and which enable Google to analyze your use of the website.

Through cookies, information is generated about your use of this website and will then be transferred and stored on a Google server in the U.S. In the case of activation of the IP anonymization on this website, your IP address from Google will however be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties in agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in the case of an exception, will the full IP address be transmitted and truncated on a server from Google in the U.S.A.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use the information generated by the cookie to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide the website operator with further website and internet-related services. In the context of Google Analytics, your IP address will not associated with any other data by Google.

You can reject the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser (see section 6). However, please note that if you change your settings, you may not be able to use the full extent of all of the website’s features.

You can also prevent the generating of data by the cookie and the transmission of data related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data through Google. 8. Your right to information, correction, deletion and disclosure of your data

If you wish to have any Client Data you have uploaded to the Wellevue platform removed, please contact the administrator for the Account you are or have been using.
